Please keep windows and doors closed at all times due to insect and HVAC problems.
Please turn off lights, TV's, etc...when not in use, especially when leaving.
Please keep thermostat set between 68º and 72º
Household items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent are supplied as a convenience to our guests.
Please restock these items before departure.
House liquor may be consumed, as long as it is replaced. Please be considerate so that we may continue this tradition.
Please do not sit on furniture in wet bathing suits and dry off thoroughly before entering the house.There is an outdoor shower on the wall across from pool cabana to rinse off sand.
Please use ONLY plastic cups around pool and on decks. Do not place glassware on railings as it blows off.
VERY IMPORTANT - leave all used beds unmade (turned down).Vent fan must be used when showering; please remember to turn it off.
Lock all windows and doors at end of stay and return key to guard gate.
